My absolute Favourte Lexcture/on da Web is Hans Rosling via Ted TV in the First One Where He Explains....

the difference that "going for health" made in the well-being of various countries re their GDP. To me it was "revelation". The conceptual presentation of the data was mesmerizing (as his tongue and speech). Years have passed now. It was all, then, about thinking through the Greenwich Question that had been posed December 2003. Because ecology wasn't a word I used then I thought differently about it: I genuinely did wish to be more "economic" (but not "frugal" or merciless at pinching pennies. Nor did I expect to be able to "live" in any sense "environmentally un-consciously free of any limiting equations upon me such as "Over-Consumer" (which had, in those days become something of a pejorative. Why we didn't understand then what we now know (creativity creates both causes and entropy; guilt and euphoria) wasn't at a "price"! (and if it wasn't at a price, we were therefore forced to conclude that we had simply "misconstrued" the nature (of resources) ad (for oil, we were then) now as then misconstruing it because of very good reasons! And now that's all calmed down, it's more easy rather than less easy to actually think, ecology "without nature" as Professor Timothy Morton declared a few/wee years after that time. And I'm glad we did that, because as Professor Rosling pointed out (at that same time) much amazing progress had been made by those countries which persued health (and not finance first). Then, Chile had nearly closed the gap with the USA around "highest standard of living" and literacy (the same) (tho the real news was health). I didn't understand it, at first, of course Rosling's technique was mesmerizing it itself, and back then even I had a fair amount of "post" paranatal" proanoia to think, it could be just another case of didling the figures and blinding me (again. oh no not again!) with science. How many cups of coffees had I drunk feeling sour because of that question in the 210's? Sure, we had measured out our coffee spoons and lo and behold not only had the coffee not run out, but we were growing it more efficiently and with..... I rested my head ..... in those days the hum of the TV, and the new-hum of Ted-Tv were still barraging me with possibilities: then, not as now, it was about information (i had misconstrued the problem). Only in that tremendous decade did the strands of the thinking that were all "out there" line up together for those precious moments in time where we could all see and witness them. Yes. So i contradict myself, as Whitty Whitman says. So what? I contain multitudes....

Postscript: Jan 2027. Thinking about that time now, wondering if the euphoria of it can or will ever be replaced is, I suppose, what led me back to the connection with Hegel. The years that followed, to and from Stuttgart and Konigsberg were some of the happiest of all of our lives. Yet, now, nearly 20 years later, we are still discovering yet again our own ability to misconstrue, and our desire to live, now as strange as ever. I'm seriously looking forward to the re-issue of Mr Rosling's DVD set. I'll put it up there with my Star Trek Memoribilia.

THE KEY by Jon P Cohane f* Big Kahuna

Mercury also plays a vital role in two other areas of relatedness; it focuses the synthesis of the mind {cognition} to wisdom, and hence functions to aid in the distribution of the Second Ray of Love/Wisdom; and it helps in the exchange of energies through the Rainbow Bridge/Antahkarana. It thus facilitates the interplay of the evolutionary and involutionary currents conditioning the relationship between the Soul and the personalityMercury.

Mercury's Starter Question for I Millionaire

3. Stimulates the aspiration to better the human condition. The awareness of the relationship of the Higher and the lower selves having been established through Libra’s influence, Uranus works to blend more completely the energies of humanity’s essential duality. This process of synthesised fusion has as its purpose the creation of improved social systems for humanity’s physical well-being, as well as the stimulation of the spiritual climate for inner growth and development. These two facets of human life work out through networking, an especially Uranian and Aquarian activity.

4. Fosters individual activity within the group context. When intuition, Soul-focused social aspiration (that is, a true perception of collective need) group consciousness and direct contact with Spiritual Will are fused and blended through Seventh Ray activity, one steps forward to do one’s individual part in the One Work. In effect, Uranus leaves the individual to the Occult Way and is known by the name of the ~Hierophant of the Mysteries of Initiation~. The Occult Way can be characterised as the Path of Divine Knowledge, of Ordered Magic, and is the practical application of the Ancient Wisdom Teachings to the daily life. It is thus the Way of the Mind (as opposed to the Path of the Mystic, which is the Way of Union through the feelings), and utilises knowledge as the vehicle which reveals Wisdom and Light.Uranus in Esoteric Astrology

But just before my final agenda kicks i had just better be sure, because I know, I could have him all wrong. It’s a devil learning about people in this day and age; one really ought not to bother; one ought to probably simply live and make up one’s mind to not say a word to anyone. Mercury occupies a most important position in our lives and in esoteric astrology. It is Mercury, representing the Mind which acts as the ~illuminating principle~ of human life. Mercury is a planet emanating the energies of the Fourth Ray and as such, it is intimately connected with that function of human intelligence which separates mankind from the animal kingdom. It is Mind which allows humanity to be a conscious conduit for the down pouring of energies from higher realms (notably from the source of intuition). This faculty of awareness is not available to the animal kingdom.

In this sense, Mercury is truly the ~messenger of the Gods~. Its association with the fourth level of manifestation - the Buddhic plane - brings it into contact with the intuitive nature, and thus with the birthing of new archetypes into the consciousness of humanity {Uranus}. This connection is expressed through esoteric astrology by Mercury’s rulership of Aries on the Soul level and Uranus’s rulership of Aries on the Hierarchical, or most collective originating level.

On the personality level, Mercury is associated with duality, as well as with all facets of communication between people. On the Soul level it is exclusively a planet of relatedness and a harbinger of harmony. As we see in the function of mercury through the individual signs this relatedness expresses itself in Aries as the bringing together of Spirit and matter; in Gemini as theinter-relatedness of Soul and body; in Virgo connecting Mother and Child; and in Scorpio, as the ~Word made flesh~.

the GREEN LANGUAGE OF LIGHT

These are stunning assertions. Fulcanelli informs us that the western cabala used by the troubadours and the builders of the cathedrals is based on the language of the Argonauts and the quest for the Golden Fleece. Which in turn is but one application of a vast Ur-language of symbols, derived perhaps from the DNA itself, that unite the global cultures of mankind, from the Inca to the ancient Greeks. And, to top it off, he told us that traces of it can be found in the language of the Gypsies, a fairly obvious reference to the Tarot, long held to be a Gypsy invention. Is he telling us that the Green Language, which is heard according to David Ovason only by those "who have clothed themselves in the skin of the dragon,"[4] is simply a symbolic approximation of the information, transmitted by weak laser pulses, coming from our DNA? David Ovason, zodiacs and Washington, DC
David Ovason cannot be labeled an anti-mason. In fact he is careful to disassociate himself from those who hold a negative opinion of Freemasonry and has, since publishing this book, become a freemason. But he is an astrologer by trade and inclination, and his perspective is strongly influenced by his own beliefs. This leads him to conclusions about Freemasonry and freemasons that are not contained within the rituals and teachings of Freemasonry. Unfortunately a number of his unsubstantiated claims can be used by those who do wish to condemn Freemasonry. For that reason a brief overview of his book is included here.
